Newsletter
The Guild Newsletter is published once a month 1-2 weeks prior to a Guild meeting. It contains information on upcoming meetings, events, programs and workshops, announcements, items for sale and rent, minutes of the meetings and other information of interest to Guild members.
Members have the choice of receiving newsletters by regular mail or online by email notification.
We encourage all members to contribute to the newsletter in the form of workshop/study group reviews, programme recorders, announcements, events, pictures, anything with a fibre interest. Remember, this is your newsletter. Please contribute to make it great. The deadline for newsletter submissions is the 18th of every month. For further information or submissions, you can contact the Newsletter Editor, Melanie Overduin
Reading the online version
If you have opted for email notification of newsletters, you will be sent a link to the current newsletter every month. In order to read it, you will need to have Adobe Reader (formerly called Adobe Acrobat Reader) installed on your computer. Adobe Reader is free, and easy to install.
What to do if you are not receiving your newsletter
If you have not received your newsletter in the mail or your email, please check that the Newsletter Editor has your correct address. When notifying the newsletter editor of changes in email or address etc, please provide your surname as well as your first name in order to facilitate locating you on the electronic listings of emails and addresses.
If you know that we have your current address, you might want to check with the Membership Convenor to see if your membership fees are paid up.
