Handwoven clothing, fashion accessories, rugs, household linens, and baskets in vibrant colours and always with something unexpected woven in.

After 45 years of weaving I have not grown bored with the process and still get excited with the prospect and am usually surprised with the results. Partially this is because I test the limits almost every step of the way and think outside of the box when it comes to the materials I use. Playing with colour and texture keeps me interested and I feel like I am always learning. Weaving baskets involved moving into the third dimension and its always a challenge.For baskets I like to use materials that I find here in Eastern Ontario, in the woods or in my garden, or that I pick up in my travels. Its fun to have something unexpected to weave into a project.
